SQUL AI Pro payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Paddle collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

তথ্য সংৰক্ষণ

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Aggregated or anonymised data used for analytics and service improvement may be retained indefinitely.

We use Google Ads conversion measurement, provided by Google, to see which of our ads lead to a new SQUL AI account. Where consent is required, these cookies load only after you accept, and the data shared with Google is limited to the fact that a signup happened, plus the cookie and device information Google needs to attribute it to an ad click. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing your site data. Google describes how it handles this data at business.safety.google/privacy.

SQUL AI is intended for learners of all ages, but children under 13 should use the service only with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
