We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:
- Paddle.com: our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes, invoicing and subscription management for SQUL AI Pro. Paddle is an independent controller for payment data.
- Cloud hosting and AI providers: companies that host our platform or provide AI infrastructure under strict confidentiality and security agreements.
- Analytics providers: to help us understand usage and improve the service.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants or auditors when necessary.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights.
Payment data
SQUL AI Pro payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Paddle collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it by law.
Aggregated or anonymised data used for analytics and service improvement may be retained indefinitely.
