If SQUL AI Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 দিন of your order date — no explanation required. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewal payments are also covered: if you are charged for a new billing period you did not intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Cancelling your subscription

How to request a refund

Email hello@squlai.com with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle order or transaction reference. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Statutory rights come first: where local consumer law grants you a longer or stronger right to cancel or be refunded, that law applies in addition to this policy.
